Vantage Point Partners will deploy these resources as contract employees to begin with and these resources will be converted to full-time staff over a period of time following a set schedule for status conversion. We call it “Try before you Buy” – Once you’re fully satisfied with the performance of a consultant, we’ll start the process of temp-to-perm conversion.
